Valentines at the Pop Up Gallery

I was feeling the love vibe earlier this month and made some valentine hearts, along with other springy pieces.

I decided to deliver these to the Evanston Pop Up gallery and refreshed my shelf.

It was fun to determine a new configuration and see where it leads.

Some items have been sitting for a while, so I need to come up with a sale for those, or just swap them out.

I only had one stowaway heart left, so I made some more hearts for the Handmade Market Show on Saturday.

I was feeling the blues this time around.

Cutting the tiers is always tricky.

A glittery peace dove cam under the wire.

It is so pretty, and one of a kind.

So go get your Valentine’s Day shopping on. Love is a celebration year-round, but it is always nice to have an excuse to give those you love an extra treat or a token of your affection.

Here’s to warm hearts and joyous minds.

Meandering Maraviglia

As I prep for the Ravenswood Art Walk, here are some Maraviglia that wandered about town recently.

My weather app has been inaccurate with its temperature gauge, so I had to do a midday wardrobe change from one knit dress to another one warmer-than-anticipated day.

I didn’t change the jewelry though. The coiled earrings inspired a custom order for a larger version which was purchased at a recent NEW event.

My collar necklaces are becoming more sculptural, and this one was placed at Stella Boutique for perusal among its lovely gift wares.

Meanwhile, this number will be on view at the Ravenswood Art Walk. Come see me in the big tent!

Note that my Etsy store will be closed on October 5 and 6 while I showcase and sell at the Ravenswood Art Walk.
