Chicago Artisan Holiday Market is December 1

Happy Thanksgiving week! I have 3 more Art Fairs coming up. The next one is this Sunday at the Chicago Artisan Market. Morgan Manufacturing will transform into an indoor art fair with 100 Midwest Artisans showcasing food, fashion, home goods and art.

The Chicago Artisan Holiday Market takes place Sunday, December 1, from 10 a.m. to  4 p.m. at 401 N. Morgan Street in  Chicago.

The Chicago Artisan Market showcases 100 of the Midwest’s finest artisans in food, fashion, home goods and art. DIY Classes with seasonal themes are available, including wreath making, ornament making, DIY wood signs, living collage (framed flower paintings). Book DIY classes online in advance to guarantee a spot.

There will be a “cash bar” with cocktails, wine, beer & soft drinks available for purchase from 11am-4pm. Plated food from Orso’s Restaurant (Italian panini) and Old Arthur’s Barbecue (barbecue sandwiches) will also be available for sale.

The Kids Zone at the Chicago Artisan Market is a dedicated area where parents & kids can relax, re-charge, enjoy a kid friendly snack and learn something new.

I had fun in July, and look forward to having a full table to set up my trees with all the ornaments this time.

Morgan Manufacturing was built before the Great Chicago Fire. The space for the Chicago Artisan Market has been completely renovated and includes 32,000 square feet. The venue benefits from large windows and skylights, beautiful brick walls, luxurious bathrooms and soaring ceiling heights.

The bathrooms really are spectacular.

Morgan Manufacturing has 30-35 parking spots onsite in front of the building, subject to availability. Metered street parking is located on Grand Ave. (to the north) and Washington Blvd. (to the south). We also recommend the SpotHero parking app and website for on-demand parking at the lowest price.

The market is located at Morgan MFG (401 N. Morgan St., Chicago) in the Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago. Morgan Manufacturing is located near: I-90/94 and I-290 expressways, 3 – 4 blocks directly north of the Morgan St. stop of the CTA Green and Pink Lines, 2 blocks south and 4 blocks west of CTA Blue Line. Bus service from the Loop is also available.
